WWII Letters and Old Newspapers

admin Avatar

In class we got the chance to look at documents and letters from soldiers during WWII. These people went to Muhlenberg before they were commissioned. These were so interesting and amazing to read. Being a history major and loving learning everything there is to know about WWII, I was so excited to read these and be able to see what they actually thought and felt during their time overseas or at sea. I had no idea that all of this stuff was online and was able to be read at anytime. Not only did we see the letters but we also know how to access any Newspaper that was published by The Weekly. I am looking forward to week 3 of class because we get to read more historical artifacts about WWII.
